Anti-Aging tips No one told Me !

We are all prone to it. We all move through time. Some cultures seem to have more resilience to the effects than others … But non the less, we all do age ….. And it can be more than frustrating. I have heard it said that “Youth is wasted on the young” … Can you imagine if us females became younger in appearance though the passing of time, as we gained life experience and inner strength – What a different world this would be !!!!

Anyway I promised you anti-aging tips you may not have heard of, so here they are :

There is an old Audrey Hepburn saying :

“For beautiful eyes look for the good in others. For beautiful lips speak only words of kindness. And for poise walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.”

Now believe it or not that is true. We look much younger when we smile. when we are positive, rather than how we look when we are all balled up and negative. Smiling also uses more facial muscles than frowning therefore smiling helps keep the face toned.

I started exercising a couple of years ago, and I have to tell you the effect on my face is incredible! There are the obvious weight loss effects. But more than that the fine lines under my eyes have seriously disappeared. It’s as if the added circulation in exercising is helping to pump up my face in all the right places!

I have just started facial exercise too, so we will see how that goes. The people who I have spoken to about it, all seem to think facial exercises work wonders. But they also say they don’t have time to do them ???

The secrets of Bathing

Now I LOVE to bathe …. But again, only recently, as I have been bathing much more than showering, have I noticed a difference in my skin. My pores are less visible. My fine lines disappearing … Its just fantastic ! What I do is soak in the bath for 5 mins or so, then rinse my face so its all moist, then I massage in a generous amount of hemp seed oil. (Don’t worry it’s not intoxicating, its oil from the seed, that has Amazing health benefits) I let that soak into my skin for as long as I can & then cleanse as normal. Et – Voila ! A younger looking completion. I try do this about 3 times a week …

In closing – Don’t focus on the lines

As hard as this may be, its best not to focus on what you don’t like, but instead focus on what you do like! For example, if you were to focus more on the parts of your face and body that look great, then you will be more likely to see your face in a more positive way. Which will help you keep that all-important Smile present. You shine when you smile & it’s is the most effective thing to wear if you want to appear younger! Let your youth shine through your eyes.
